What files can I upload?
PDF, Excel, CSV, plain text, and Markdown. Price lists, menus, catalogues, CVs, FAQs, and handbooks all work well.
Do visitors need an app or an account?
No. They open the link in any browser and start asking.
Will it always give the right answer?
It answers from your documents and is instructed to say when something is not covered. Like any AI, it can occasionally get something wrong, so keep the sources up to date.
