Be clear about the limits

• It cannot check live stock. If an item sells out, it keeps saying available until you upload an updated catalogue.
• It cannot take an order or process payment, so buyers still check out however they do now.
• It answers from one document at a time, so keep your catalogue in a single file rather than several.
• Do not put supplier pricing or margins in the file you upload. Anyone with the link can ask about anything in it.
