About Askoo
Upload a file or write the instructions, and Askoo turns it into a chatbot with one public link you can share anywhere.
What Askoo is
Askoo turns a document into a chatbot that lives on one public link. Upload a menu, a price list, a catalogue, a course outline, or an FAQ, and visitors can ask it questions in their own words instead of scrolling through the file. The link works anywhere a link works: a social media bio, a QR code on a table, a message, or a website.
Who it is for
Small businesses, shops, restaurants, creators, educators, and teams who answer the same questions again and again, and who already have the answers written down somewhere. Askoo needs no code and no website of your own. See the use cases for concrete examples.
How it works
You upload one or more files — PDF, Excel, CSV, plain text, or Markdown — give the chatbot a name, and optionally describe how it should behave and sound. Askoo reads the documents, indexes their text and images, and publishes the chatbot on its own link with a QR code.
When a visitor asks something, the chatbot searches your documents first and answers from what it finds. It can show a picture from the document when one is relevant, and point visitors to the contact links you choose to share.
How answers stay grounded
Answers come from the documents you upload, not from general knowledge. If the documents do not cover a question, the chatbot says so instead of guessing. It replies in the language the visitor writes in. You can update the documents, instructions, or tone at any time from your dashboard.
Your data
Uploaded documents are stored privately and used only to answer questions for your chatbot. Please do not upload confidential or regulated information. The privacy policy explains what is collected and why, and the terms of service cover acceptable use.
Questions can be sent through the support channel shown in the product.
