Use case / Healthcare

Your front desk answers the same ten questions every single day.

Opening hours. Which insurance you accept. Whether to fast before a blood test. Where to park. These questions arrive by phone, WhatsApp, and Instagram message all day, and every one of them is already answered in a document you wrote months ago.

What this actually costs you

A receptionist who answers thirty routine calls a day spends roughly two hours on questions that have fixed answers. Meanwhile patients who message outside working hours get nothing until morning, and a patient who cannot get an answer about fees often just calls the clinic down the road instead. The information is not missing. It is simply not reachable at the moment someone asks.

What to upload

One document is enough to start. Use whatever you already hand to patients, since it has already been checked by someone who knows the details are right.

  • Patient information sheet or clinic leaflet
  • Service and fee list
  • Pre-appointment preparation instructions
  • Insurance and payment method summary

What patients can ask it

The chatbot answers from your document and nothing else. If an answer is not in the file you uploaded, it says so rather than inventing one.

  • Are you open on Saturday, and until what time?
  • Do you accept my insurance?
  • How much does a general consultation cost?
  • Do I need to fast before a cholesterol test?
  • Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
  • Is there parking at the clinic?

Where to put the link

Askoo gives you one public link. It needs no installation on your side and nothing for the patient to download.

  • Instagram and TikTok bio, next to your booking link
  • WhatsApp Business auto-reply, as the first response outside hours
  • Google Business Profile, under your website field
  • Printed on appointment cards and waiting-room signage as a QR code

Be clear about the limits

  • This is not a medical advice tool. It answers logistical and administrative questions from your document, and must not be used to assess symptoms or suggest treatment.
  • It cannot see your appointment system, so it cannot check availability or make a booking.
  • Do not upload documents containing patient records or any identifiable personal data.
  • When you change your fees, upload the revised document. The chatbot repeats what its source says, including when that has gone out of date.

Try it with your own document.

Upload one file and you get a working chatbot on a public link. The free tier covers one chatbot, so you can see the answers before deciding anything.
